5. If you have not received your miles 4-6 weeks after completion of your cruise, please contact UKOffice@scenic.co.uk. Include as many booking details as possible (Cruise booking reference, Lead Guest name, check-in/check-out dates, guest name) and your Asia Miles membership number. 6. For promotional bonus miles offers such as X2 miles offers please provide a screenshot/photo/scan of any promotional/bonus mileage offer/invitation (if applicable) Asia Miles will be credited to your account 4 to 6 weeks after the completion of your stay.
